Allspec Home Inspections is owned and operated by Alan Walker who has over 30 years of construction and home inspection experience to bring to your home inspection. There is no better training for home inspections than actually having built homes. Alan built many homes while he owned and ran his own construction company and brings this hands-on experience to your home inspection.  Alan performs all the home inspections personally assuring that you will receive the experience and service promised.

Allspec is aware that the time allocated to complete and review your home inspection is normally limited to 10 to 14 days after attorney review is completed, therefore all home inspection and termite reports are released via email to you and your real estate professionals the day of inspection expediting the process.
